This is a three-level home that can accommodate up to 13 guests. All bedrooms are located on the first and third floors of the home. The main floor when you enter the home is where the living room, kitchen, dining, laundry room, and half bathroom are located. The home is also equipped with high-speed fiber internet!

First Floor (upstairs)
Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed memory foam mattress (can sleep up to 2 people), Twin size day bed (can sleep one person), and 43" Smart TV!
Bedroom 2 -Queen size bed memory foam mattress and 43" Smart TV!
Bathroom - located in the hallway, combo standing/tub shower, and toilet

Second Floor (main)
Living room - 65" LG LED Smart TV, Vegan leather couch (can sleep one person), Pacman Arcade game system
Kitchen - fully stocked, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator
Dining - can seat 6-7 people
Laundry - washer and gas dryer
Bathroom - toilet

Third Floor (downstairs)
Bedroom 3 - Queen size bed memory foam mattress and 43" Smart TV!
Bedroom 4 - Queen size bed memory foam mattress
Bathroom - located in the hallway, combo standing/tub shower, and toilet

Extra Sleeping Arrangements for extra guests:
Queen-size electric blow-up mattress (can sleep 2 people)

Dedicated parking for two cars and plenty of free street parking.

The entire home is yours!

For traveling families, we can provide a baby bath, a high chair, and pack-and-play! Please let us know in advance at least 3 days before your arrival so that we can have it ready in time for you.

Please NO SMOKING inside the home (We will keep your entire security deposit)

Please no shoes on in the house.

Please be respectful to our neighbors, the home is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. No loud music, parties, or noise.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm-8 am
