This home was designed to comfortably host you and your group. The first floor when you enter consists of the living room, kitchen, and dining space. The living room is equipped with a 55" 4k LED Smart TV, a spacious couch, and a side chair. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The dining table can comfortably seat 6 guests.
For traveling families, we can provide a Graco pack & play, baby bathtub, and booster / high chair for your infant/toddler if needed. Please coordinate with us ahead of time!

- Please be respectful to our neighbors, the home is situated in a quiet neighborhood - No loud music, parties, or noise after 10 pm.
- No smoking is allowed inside the home. Guests are subject to a $500 security deposit fee that will be charged for smoking inside the home. Smoking is only permitted outside in the backyard.
- No shoes on inside the house.
-We allow 2 pets in the house. The system will only be able to charge for one pet. If you add a second pet to the reservation, we need to collect the second pet fee manually.The space
This is a three-level home that can accommodate up to 13 guests. All bedrooms are located on the first and third floors of the home. The main floor when you enter the home is where the living room, kitchen, dining, laundry room, and half bathroom are located. The home is also equipped with high-speed fiber internet!
First Floor (upstairs)
Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed memory foam mattress (can sleep up to 2 people), Twin size day bed (can sleep one person), and 43" Smart TV!

For traveling families, we can provide a baby bath, a high chair, and pack-and-play! Please let us know in advance at least 3 days before your arrival so that we can have it ready in time for you.
