The space
This property is an entirely brand new construction ADU (additional dwelling unit) on the same lot as the main house. However, it has a separate entrance, driveway, garage, and yard. No amenities are shared, there is not interaction with the front house tenants, and it is completely fenced off which makes it super private 🙂
All the bedrooms are furnished with high quality, memory foam, queen mattresses. The master bedroom has a desk and chair, perfect if you're working from home / traveling. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower.
There is another full sized bathroom with standup shower in the hallway between the other bedrooms.
We can provide an extra an air mattress for extra guests upon request. Being that the bedrooms sleeps 2 guests each, with the air mattress, we can sleep up to 8 people.
For traveling families with little ones, we can prepare a highchair, baby bathtub, and pack & play for you! Please let us know when you book or before your check in 🙂
